Product application	It can be used as high-temperature solvent for inorganic and organic substances, raw materials for organic synthesis, food additives and health care products. It can also be used as stationary liquid for gas chromatography (the maximum operating temperature is 30 ℃, the solvent is acetone) and analytical reagent.
Production method and others	It is obtained by oxidation of dimethyl sulfoxide with nitric acid. Dimethyl sulfoxide was oxidized with nitric acid at 140-145 ℃. After the reaction, it was cooled and filtered to obtain white needle like crystal. After vacuum distillation, the 138-145 ℃ (98.42kpa) fraction is collected as the finished product.
